Where we come from: Construction has always been in my family. My grandfather was a superintendent of respectably large drywall company, and also a fantastic carpenter. Later in life, he became a pastor of the church I now attend. He has become my role model for being professional, as well as treating people in a Christian manner.

My father learned the ropes in his early twenties where he started his own business. My dad has the gift to communicate with people on a personal level, and from that I’ve learned to treat people as family.

How I started: Being that construction was always a part of my life, I began to learn the trade at a very early age. I was on a roof before I was even a pre-teen. Into my teenage years, I became a reliable roofing and siding installer. Along the way I had great experiences with deck projects, concrete, additions/remodeling projects, drywall, insulation, etc. So by the time I hit high school, I was a regular “jack of all trades” kind of kid. In high school I signed up for vocational school, and quickly became president of the building trades program. In that program, in two years we built two HUD houses from the ground up.

After high school I went straight into business with my father, and continued that until 2008, when I started “Davidson Builders”. At the time my goal was to create a building company from decks to additions. The market however at the time wasn’t well suited for cash jobs with my level of experience, and that’s when I started picking up the insurance side of the business. Since then, I would say that I am fully confident in providing professional service for your insurance repair needs. Anything from flood and storm damage, to crawlspace/attic freeze-ups and critter damage.
